General return policy: for exchange or refund, items must be in new, unworn, unaltered condition, and sent back within 14 days of delivery.

• Exchanges will be sent out ASAP upon receipt of the original order, at no charge
• Item refund will be given upon receipt of the return
• No credit toward return shipping (unless it's our mistake)
